How does a drop work?
Each drop is a prize draw for a luxury item. You buy one or more tickets, answer a qualification question, and enter the Random.org certified draw.
How many tickets can I buy?
Up to 50 tickets per participant per drop.
How is the winner chosen?
The draw is run via Random.org, a certified and independent random number generator. The result is published with verifiable cryptographic proof.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable once payment is made, unless the drop is cancelled by MAZALEE.
How do I receive my prize if I win?
You'll be contacted by email within 48h of the draw to arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
Is the site secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe (3D Secure). No card details are stored on our servers.
What age do I need to be to take part?
Participation is restricted to adults (18 and over).
